1. Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide to most countries! Wherever you are, we want you to enjoy the best in fashion—delivered straight to your door.

2. How long does shipping take?

We offer fast delivery on most items, with estimated shipping times as follows:
• UK, US, Canada & Europe: 7–10 business days
• Australia & NZ: 7–12 business days
• Rest of the World: 7–15 business days

We work with trusted suppliers who use reliable, fast-shipping methods to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

Note: Occasionally, certain items may take a little longer depending on availability or local delays, but most arrive within the timeframes above.

3. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also visit our Track Order page anytime to see your order’s progress.

4. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing your order.

5. What’s your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging
• You must request the return within 30 days of delivery

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

6. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, please return your original item and place a new order for the one you prefer.

7. My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please provide your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

8. Will I be charged customs or import fees?

Customs fees are rare, but they may apply depending on your country’s laws. Any duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
