Returns & Exchanges at Merch Infinity

At Merch Infinity, we believe in delivering top-quality fashion, and we want you to love your purchases. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help. Our goal is to make your shopping experience as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

Important: Before making a return, please carefully review your size by referring to the sizing chart on each product page to ensure your selections are a perfect fit.

Returns Process

We want to make returning items easy for you. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, here's how you can return it:

  1. Contact Us:
    Email us at info@merchinfinity.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Be sure to provide the item details, reason for the return, and any photos if applicable (especially for defective or damaged items).

  2. Follow Our Guidance:
    Our customer support team will provide personalized assistance and let you know the next steps, including a return authorization and instructions.

  3. Ship the Item Back:
    Once approved, please return the item in its original, unworn, unwashed, and unused condition. Don’t forget to include the original packaging if possible.
    Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item we sent.

  4. Refund or Exchange:
    Once we receive the returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 1-3 business days, or arrange an exchange if that’s your preference. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.


Returnable Items

You can return or exchange items within 30 days of receiving them, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or broken upon arrival, please contact us right away.

  • Incorrect Size/Color: If the item you received is not the size or color you ordered, we’ll be happy to help you resolve it.

  • Change of Mind: If you simply changed your mind, that's okay! As long as the item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition, we’ll gladly accept your return.


Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Items past the 30-day return window

  • Worn, washed, or damaged items

  • Final Sale Items: These include items purchased during sales, swimwear, lingerie, or bodysuits. Please double-check your purchase before finalizing!


Return Shipping

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
When sending your return, we recommend using the most economical and trackable shipping method to ensure your return gets to us safely. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size or color, the fastest way to get the correct item is to process a return for the original item and then place a new order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received an incorrect item, please reach out to us immediately at info@merchinfinity.com. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible and cover any return shipping costs if the mistake is on our end.


Refund Process

Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 1-3 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Important: Shipping costs, including express delivery (DHL), are non-refundable.
