Shipping Policy for Merch Infinity

1. Order Processing Time

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase. Our team works hard to get your order shipped as quickly as possible, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and tracking number (if applicable).

2. Shipping Worldwide—For Free!

We are pleased to offer free worldwide shipping to all our customers! No matter where you’re located, you’ll enjoy free delivery on your order, with no minimum purchase required.

⚠️ Please Note: There are a few regions we may be unable to ship to due to shipping restrictions, international sanctions, or supplier limitations. If you’re located in one of these areas, feel free to reach out to us at info@merchinfinity.com, and we’ll do our best to help.

3. How Long Does Shipping Take?

We aim to provide fast and reliable delivery for all our customers. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • UK, US, Canada, & Europe: 7–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–12 business days

  • Rest of the World: 7–15 business days

We partner with trusted suppliers and shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. While most orders arrive within the specified timeframes, occasionally, certain items may take a little longer due to availability or local shipping delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if applicable). You can use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress directly through the tracking order page. If you don’t receive your tracking number or encounter any issues, please don’t hesitate to contact us at info@merchinfinity.com for assistance.

5. Lost or Damaged Orders

  • Lost Orders: If your order is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

  • Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving it. We’ll make sure to resolve the issue with either a replacement or a refund.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet the shipping timeframes above, please keep in mind that factors beyond our control, such as weather, customs, or holiday seasons, can occasionally cause delays. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors, but we will assist you in tracking and resolving any issues with your order.

7. Customs Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

For international orders, please be aware that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Merch Infinity.

  • Any additional charges for customs clearance are outside our control, and we cannot predict or calculate these fees.
